The Floyd County Records Deputies handle all of our scanned and microfilmed files and records.  They can also assist with locating and providing copies of any closed files; divorce, criminal, small claims, estate, etc.

Request a Document (Example - Judgements/Decrees/Marriage Licenses)

Every effort will be made to locate the items you request. There is a fee of $1.00 per page for copies.

Many records and files have been electronically stored and are easliy accessible. Please be advised that some older documents and files have not been converted to electronic format and are stored off-site. There may be an additional charge to have such items retrieved for copies or research. You will be contacted if this fee applies.
